Triple Chocolate Truffle

If you're a fan of chocolate, chocolate or chocolate than this one is for you. I personally would not say I am a huge chocolate fan but this is to die for. I came across this recipe and couldn't  resist giving it a try and well, to be honest it won my heart - instantly. If I had to describe this dessert in five words, they would be...It is oh so easy and a huge crowd pleaser. Ok, so that's more then five words, but this is about indulgence. Fun to make too. Here's how...

First, you'll need to bake a batch of brownies (any brand or kind will do) in a 13x9 pan. Let cool for a few and cut into small square's like so...
Next, place half the pan of brownie squares in the bottom of your truffle dish and drizzle with chocolate syrup, add 1/2 the batch of chocolate pudding mixture and sprinkle with chocolate chips. You will then add 1/2 the tub of cool whip.

Then repeat all the steps from the beginning.

Brownies...

Chocolate Syrup...

Chocolate pudding and chocolate chips...

Cool Whip and chocolate chips...and Ta Daaa!

Simple as that. Delicious. Fun. Easy. You can always embellish with a cherry or another favorite touch. It is sure to be a hit at that dinner party, holiday gathering, or dessert just because it has been one of those kinda days...

Here's what you'll need:

1 Box Brownie mix

1 large tub of Cool Whip

Chocolate Syrup (or even Carmel syrup will do)

Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 Box Pudding Mix (6-8 serving)
